M-35PCC Charcoal Canister
The M-35PCC (Charcoal Canister) unit features a fully articulated pickup arm that can be rotated in a 270 degree arc at the base and extended to a full 10 feet of length. The 6” diameter arm has no internal support structure to impede the airflow through the arm. The result is increased intake airflow, drawing harmful contaminants away from the operator’s breathing zone and into the filter system before the contaminants can escape into the atmosphere. The 360 degree handle near the intake hood, and internal damper, allow the operator complete control for proper positioning and airflow needs.
The M-35PCC features (1) four inch aluminum mesh industrial pre-filter which catches the larger particles, and reduces oil mist and sparks from reaching the second stage, Merv 15, multi-pocket bag filter. The final stage of filtration is a dual canister filled with 36 lbs of granular, activated charcoal. Our disposable filters are easy to service and provide for simple, low-cost maintenance. In addition, maintaining your filters and cleaning the unit is easily accomplished with our tool-less filter access door, and removable debris tray.
