The Air King M-35P series – “Point-of-use” units
The Air King M-35P series units are designed to provide efficient and concentrated removal of irritating contaminants at or near the source. Suitable for use with welding stations, grinding, chemical scale, sanding, or other dust, odor, mist and smoke applications, this unit is one of the most versatile, cost-effective portable capture units available anywhere.
The standard unit features a fully articulated pickup arm that can be rotated in a 270 degree arc at the base and extended to a full 10 feet of length. The 6” diameter arm has no internal support structure to impede the airflow through the arm. The result is increased intake airflow , drawing harmful contaminants away from the operator’s breathing zone and into the filter system before the contaminants can escape into the atmosphere. The 360 degree handle near the intake hood, and internal damper, allow the operator complete control for proper positioning and airflow needs.
The M-35P series comes standard with a single phase, 3/4HP, non-overloading motor and direct drive blower. In addition, maintaining your filters and cleaning the unit is easily accomplished with our tool-less filter access door, and removable debris tray. This unit allows for a number of filter configuration options to best match your specific application needs.
